The Research and Development laboratory is located at Cornilleau in the heart of the factory: ‘Made in France’ means exactly that - the whole process happens in house from design to development and production.
R&D
Prototyping is an important stage of the development of a new table. It involves moving the concept from a digital file to a physical item.
Using advanced technology to support their expertise, our technicians play an important role in implementing the new features developed by R&D. They shape the designers' ideas, test and consolidate the final version. They also create the additional tools to assemble the most detailed tables.
PROTOTYPING
Each of the 100,000 Cornilleau tables manufactured every year is designed, developed and manufactured in France in the Cornilleau family’s native village of Bonneuil-les-Eaux, Picardy.
More than 200 parts are required to create a table. As a result, the processing and assembly methods require very specific expertise. This is why we are constantly improving the efficiency of our processes and pushing every day to raise our requirements.
MANUFACTURING
All our materials and products undergo a rigorous selection process.
Each step in the manufacturing process is subject to comprehensive quality control with great attention given to assembly precision.
The goal of our quality department is to ensure that everyday operations meet the highest requirements set by the R&D and Marketing departments throughout the whole process.
QUALITY CONTROL
Once your online purchase has been confirmed it is immediately processed through our system and our sales team take it from there to ensure prompt delivery. After that it's over to our logistics partners who will handle the delivery directly to your home address.
ORDERING
Cornilleau guarantees its tables against manufacturing defects for a period of 3 years. This guarantee is extended to 10 years for outdoor tables on all non-wearing parts.
