FREE DELIVERY by Royal Mail (for orders over £10)
We use Royal Mail to deliver most spare parts and accessories including bats, balls, nets and covers using the RM48 Tracked service.

Delivery by DPD (£5 premium cost)
Most spare parts and accessories (bats, balls, nets, covers etc) which are stocked in the UK can be sent by DPD on a next working day service.
- Delivery time: Next working day if ordered by 12 noon
- Delivery cost: £5.00
FREE Standard Table Delivery by 2-man service
All tables are delivered using a 2 man service to your ground floor room of choice. We also offer an optional assembly service at an additional cost.
- Delivery time: 2-10 working days
- Delivery cost: Free to the England and Wales with a £15.00 supplement for deliveries in Scotland.
- Excluded locations: Anglesey, Scottish Highlands and all islands including Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Jersey, Guernsey and Scottish islands.
- Service provided: All deliveries are pre-booked.
Premium by Delivery by AIT Logistics (£20 premium cost)
AIT fast 2-man delivery service - typically 1-3 days. Delivery available from next working day (excluding weekends) if ordered by 10:30am. You will receive a booking invitation within 24 hours of order. You will need to make the booking on your day of choice. AIT will communicate an estimated 2 hour window on the day of delivery.
If you select this service it is essential that the email and mobile number is correct otherwise you will not receive the booking invitation.
If you select this option the assembly service cannot be added as AIT do not offer this service.
Premium Delivery to Highlands and Islands via AIT Logistics and their subcontractors (£80 premium cost)
There is an £80 premium for these areas: -
Anglesey, Scottish Highlands and all islands including Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Jersey, Guernsey and Scottish islands.
All tables are delivered using a 2 man service to your ground floor room of choice. Sorry, there is no assembly service available in these areas. Tables come with comprehensive assembly instructions and there are videos available online.
Delivery time: 5-10 working days
Service provided: All deliveries are pre-booked.
Delivery Access & Liability
To ensure a smooth and safe delivery, we ask that the delivery area is clear and accessible prior to arrival. This includes removing or securing any fragile or valuable items such as pictures, paintings, ornaments or other breakables.
Our delivery partners will always assess the delivery route upon arrival and may ask for any potential hazards to be removed before proceeding.
Cornilleau and its delivery contractors cannot accept liability for damage to items that could reasonably have been moved or protected in advance of delivery.
High-Risk Access & Damage Waiver
If the delivery team believes that access to your chosen room presents a higher risk of damage (for example, due to narrow spaces, tight corners or restricted access), they will carry out a risk assessment.
In these situations:
- The delivery team may contact their head office via video call for further review
- A manager will assess the access and decide whether delivery can proceed as requested
If the delivery is approved under higher-risk conditions:
- You will be asked to sign a damage waiver prior to delivery
- This waiver confirms that the delivery will proceed at your own risk and removes liability from the delivery contractor for any resulting damage
You are not obliged to sign the waiver. However, if you choose not to:
- The delivery team will deliver only to a location they consider safe and low-risk (e.g. ground floor or nearest accessible point)
