Delivery Outside Our Standard Coverage

If you have a delivery requirement for an area not covered by the services listed above, please contact our UK customer service team.

We will review your delivery requirements on a case-by-case basis.

Tracking Your Delivery

Your carrier should contact you with your booking and delivery details, provided the email address and mobile telephone number entered with your order are correct.

You can also check the progress of your delivery using the relevant carrier’s tracking service:

If you have not received your delivery information, please check that the email address and mobile telephone number entered with your order are correct.

Please also check your email spam or junk folder before contacting the carrier or our customer service team.

Preparing for Your Table Delivery

Please make sure the delivery route and the area around your chosen room are clear and accessible before the delivery team arrives.

Remove or protect fragile and valuable items, including pictures, paintings, ornaments and other breakable objects.

Please tell the carrier in advance about any parking restrictions or access issues that may affect the delivery.

The delivery team will assess the route when they arrive and may ask for potential hazards to be removed before proceeding.

Cornilleau and its delivery contractors cannot accept liability for damage to items that could reasonably have been moved or protected before delivery.

Restricted or Higher-Risk Access

If the delivery team believes that access to your chosen room presents a higher risk of damage—for example, because of narrow spaces, restricted access or tight corners—it will carry out a risk assessment.

The team may contact its head office by video call so that a manager can review the proposed delivery route and decide whether the delivery can proceed.

Where delivery is approved under higher-risk conditions, you will be asked to sign a damage waiver before the team proceeds.

The waiver confirms that delivery will continue at your own risk and removes liability from the delivery contractor for any resulting damage.

You are not required to sign the waiver. If you decide not to sign it, the team will deliver the table only to a location it considers safe and low risk, such as the nearest accessible point.
