Our team reviews all price match requests Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. Requests submitted outside of these hours will be processed on the next working day.

Cornilleau Price Match Promise Terms & Conditions

We are committed to offering the best value on our range of table tennis products. If you find the same product at a lower price elsewhere, we’ll match it — subject to the following conditions:

1. Eligibility

• The product must be identical (same brand, model, specification, colour, and size).
• The product must be new, unused, and in stock at both retailers at the time of the request.
• The competitor must be a UK-based retailer (including online retailers) selling directly to consumers.

2. Price Comparison

The price match includes the total price, including delivery charges.
We will match against:

• UK high street retailers
• UK-based online retailers

We will not match against:

• Marketplace sellers (e.g. Amazon Marketplace, eBay private sellers)
• Auction sites, clearance outlets, or liquidation sales
• Membership-only or trade-only pricing
• Discount codes, vouchers, or bundle offers

3. Verification

• You must provide proof of the lower price, such as a valid URL or written quotation.
• The competitor’s offer must be verifiable and current at the time of the request.

4. Timing

Price match requests must be made:

• Before purchase, or
• Within 7 days of purchase (for a refund of the difference)

5. Exclusions

We reserve the right not to match prices where:

• The product is part of a limited-time promotion (e.g. Black Friday, flash sales)
• The competitor’s stock is limited or clearance
• There is a pricing error
• The item includes free gifts, installation, or added services

6. Delivery & Services

• Delivery times, service levels, and warranties must be comparable.
• We do not match prices where the competitor offers inferior service or non-UK warranties.

7. Discretion

• All price match requests are subject to approval.

We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw a price match at any time.
