Cornilleau 300X Festival Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is Core Leisure Limited t/a Cornilleau UK, of Unit 4 Lloyds Court, Manor Royal, Crawley, West Sussex, RH10 9QU.

2. Eligibility
This prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
Employees of Cornilleau, its group companies, agencies, suppliers, and anyone professionally connected with the administration of this prize draw, as well as their immediate families or households, are not eligible to enter.
3. Promotion period
The prize draw is valid for the duration of the festival at which the entrant accesses the prize draw.
The prize draw opens when the festival begins and closes when the festival ends.
Entries received after the relevant festival has ended will not be accepted.
4. How to enter
To enter, participants must complete and submit the prize draw entry form available via the QR code displayed at the Cornilleau festival activation.
No purchase is necessary.
Internet access is required.
Only one entry is permitted per person. Multiple entries from the same person may be disqualified.
5. The prize
There will be one winner.
The winner will receive:
1 x Cornilleau 300X outdoor table tennis table (grey or blue).
No accessories are included with the prize.
The prize does not include bats, balls, covers, installation or any other costs not expressly stated in these Terms & Conditions.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
Cornilleau reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
6. Winner selection
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the promotion period.
The draw will take place after the relevant festival has ended.
The winner will be selected using a random computer process or another verifiably random method.
7. Winner notification
The winner will be contacted by email using the email address provided on the entry form.
The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted to claim the prize.
If the winner does not respond within this period, is found to be ineligible, or is unable to accept the prize, Cornilleau reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random from the remaining valid entries.
8. Delivery of the prize
The prize will be delivered to the winner’s confirmed UK address.
Delivery is included to a UK mainland address only, unless otherwise confirmed by Cornilleau.
Cornilleau will make reasonable efforts to arrange delivery with the winner.
Cornilleau is not responsible for delays outside its reasonable control.
9. Publicity
Cornilleau may ask the winner to take part in reasonable publicity relating to the prize draw, such as providing their first name, county, and a photograph of the prize.
Participation in publicity is not a condition of receiving the prize.
Cornilleau may make the winner’s surname and county available on request, unless the winner objects or requests that this information is reduced.
10. Personal data
Personal data provided by entrants will be used to administer the prize draw, verify eligibility, contact the winner, and deliver the prize.
Entrants may choose to opt in to receive marketing communications from Cornilleau. Marketing consent is optional and is not required to enter the prize draw.
Entrants can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

11. Disqualification
Cornilleau reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, submitted outside the promotion period, or which Cornilleau reasonably believes has been made fraudulently or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Cornilleau accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, corrupted, or not successfully submitted due to technical or other reasons.
12. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes Cornilleau’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Subject to this, Cornilleau will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrant as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting the prize, except where caused by Cornilleau’s negligence.
13. Changes to the promotion
Cornilleau reserves the right to cancel, suspend, amend, or withdraw the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Cornilleau will not make changes that unfairly disadvantage entrants who have already entered.
14. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
15. Acceptance of these Terms
By entering this prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
