Assembly service

All tables are supplied with full instructions and are designed for self-assembly.  

However, we are pleased to offer an assembly service on our table tennis tables, and this is generally carried out at the time of delivery, although sometimes our carrier will pre-build tables before delivery to maximise delivery capacity.  This service is designed as a 'time-saver' and whilst the crews have assembled hundreds of tables, this does not imply the crews are 'specialists' or have received expert training.

The normal assembly time for someone building a table for the first time is 90-120 minutes, although this will vary from customer-to-customer dependent on their DIY skills.  Our crews would normally complete a table assembly within 30-90 minutes (depending on the model). 

If it is raining when the crew arrive and there is nowhere under cover where they can build the table, then they will deliver only and we will refund the assembly cost.

You will also need to provide unrestricted parking for up to an hour per table. If there is paid for parking only, then you will be expected to pay the charges. The parking must be within a 5-minute walk of the delivery address.

We only deliver to the ground floor as the crews will not carry the table up or downstairs due to their company health and safety risk assessment.

Unfortunately, the crew cannot remove the packaging and will leave this for you to dispose of.
